Lanilopez’s delivery service is prompt and efficient. We have identified a range of best value courier, freight and postal services from which we chose.

Covid Levels: 1-4. Order Early. During these unprecedented times we are experiencing courier delays. We choose between Aramex and Courier Post (when available) to get your parcels to you. From Auckland it can take 2-10 working days. Please bear with us as courier delays can occur. Thank you for understanding.

1. Delivery time within New Zealand is generally 2-3 working days although rural delivery can take longer.
2. Delivery time to Australia is generally 4-7 working days.
3. Other International delivery times will depend on the location.

Claims for non-delivery must be made within 14 days of order, as tracking beyond this time is not practical. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.
