Why did I change the formula?

The ‘Bioavailability enhancing piperine’ supports the activity of other herbs in several ways

DYNAMISED Pez-Rez™ Resveratrol is a high strength formula, however, there may be times when you need that extra edge.

Energy: Take 1-3 capsules when needed.

Heart health: Take 1 capsule daily. For a booster dose take 2-3 capsules daily as needed. Then maintain on 1 capsule daily.

Athletes: Take 2 capsules before training for endurance, stamina and before events and after for recovery.

Brain, joint mobility: Remember to take 1-2 capsules in the morning.

Internal and digestive health: Take 1 capsule 30 mins before food. If you experience bloating when you eat food take 1 capsule before food twice daily for 5 days then reduce to 1 capsule to maintain.

Defeat fatigue and be proactive against aging and stress: In stressful challenging times take 1-3 daily.

Prostate and breast health: Take 1-2 daily.

Skin boost: Take 2 capsules daily for 5 days then maintain with 1 capsule daily.

Lung health: Take 1 capsule daily to support clear airways.

Drinking alcohol: Recover with 2 capsules before sleeping and 2 capsules when you wake up.

Contraindications

Due to lack of information it is not recommended to take DYNAMISED Pez-Rez™Resveratrol with chemotherapy, organ transplant therapy, Warfarin (Resveratrol and turmeric may enhance drugs effects associated with these therapies), during pregnancy and breastfeeding, pre-surgery, or children under 5 years.
