When you access this site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, you should exit the site and refrain from placing any order.

Contract, Payment and Delivery

Orders will be accepted by Lanilopez for delivery in both New Zealand and overseas. Payment is however to be made in NZ currency. Any contract arising from the use of this site is made subject to these terms and conditions and governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Subscriptions

A payment term is the number of days or months you have selected for your subscription plan.

The payment frequency can vary, depending on the customers’ selection. Payment frequencies may consist of; Monthly, 45 days, 2 monthly 3 monthly, 6 monthly, and yearly.  lanilopez.com provides the flexibility for customers to select their chosen payment term to best suit spending cycles.

How is this calculated?

Cost of products – payments received = settlement amount.

What are your options for cancelling your plan?

You can cancel your subscription anytime. When you cancel your subscription you will be sent out the last shipment of chosen product that you paid for. We reserve the right to change pricing or stock availability but will endure to get in touch with you, email updates  or display changes on our website within a reasonable time limit.

Product Availability

Products may be added to or removed from the website from time to time. While we do not accept liability for any loss arising from inaccurate information contained on the website, every reasonable effort will be made to keep the information up to date and accurate.

Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and are GST inclusive and include freight provided however that any orders to be shipped outside of New Zealand may incur a additional freight charge with such charge added later at the checkout area and payment section of the online shop. Overseas orders may include GST. Prices may increase or decrease from time to time. Prices shown at the time of purchase are the prices you will pay. You may pay by, Amex, Debit cards, Mastercard or Visa or internet banking. No order shall be shipped until such time as payment has been made in cleared funds.

Purchasing

Products displayed on the Lanilopez site can be purchased using secure merchant services. Your transaction and credit card details are not entered or recorded on our Site, you will be seamlessly transferred to the encrypted secure service to enter your Credit Card details for processing. Once we receive confirmation from the merchant services that your transaction has been approved, we will then process your order and ship your goods.

Redeem Codes

Our redeem codes will not automatically give you a rebate. This will be due to stock availability and demand. 

Payment

Lanilopez does not collect or store any full credit card information. Lanilopez does not accept cheques.

Delivery

Lanilopez’s delivery service is prompt and efficient. We have identified a range of best value courier, freight and postal services from which we chose.

1. Delivery time within New Zealand is generally 2-5 working days although rural delivery can take longer. We use NZ Courier Post.
2. Delivery time to Australia is generally 4 – 12 working days.
3. Other International delivery times will depend on the location.

Claims for non-delivery must be made within 10 days of order, as tracking beyond this time is not practical. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.

Title and Risk

Goods are at our risk until the goods leave our premises for delivery to the address given in your purchase order.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Lanilopez offers a 90 day money back refund or replacement if you are not fully satisfied with either Pez-Rez™ or OLE-Up™. In order to receive such refund or replacement you must return all unused or partially used products or used containers and the receipt for such order within 90 days from receipt of your order. This refund policy only applies to individual purchases and Lanilopez reserves its rights to refuse such refund or replacement if it, in its sole discretion considers that you are abusing this refund policy.

Warranties

Lanilopez will replace any goods, which fail to comply with Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Where the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply, these terms will be read subject to the application of that Act, and in the case of any conflict, the provisions of that Act will apply.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Lani Lopez excludes all:

1. Warranties, conditions and representation whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, relating in any way to the site, your use of the Website and the information, products supplied, offered to be supplied or advertised or accessed through the site; and
2. Liability (including for negligence) to you or anyone else in respect of any loss or damage (including special, indirect or consequential loss or damage), costs and expenses suffered by you or claims made against you arising from or in connection with your use of the site and the information, products supplied, offered to be supplied or advertised or accessed through this site for any reason whatsoever (including negligence). Our maximum aggregate liability for any Product supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the Product(s) in question.
